This coffee comes from the Finca Cerro Negro farm, owned and operated by Luis Hernandez in El Salvador. It's a washed processed coffee that was picked and depulped before a dry fermentation of between 8-16 hours, and then dried for 6-8 days. 

The result is an amazing sugary body with hints of blueberry. It's seriously smooth and quite enjoyable as a "couple of cups" a day type of coffee. 

While all of our coffees can be enjoyed with whatever method feels right for the day, this one shines as:

  • Drip
  • Espresso
